The service was great, I was offered a hearty breakfast with all the local specialties, meats. The room was romantic, brand-new in moroccan traditional style. Location: the hotel was close to a legendary palace and the extraordinary garden. A few times I ate at Jimmy's Egg Restaurant, located approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the property.

    Nothing to dislike!

Lovely property and location. Dinner was excellent at the hotel restaurant.

Service was less than perfect -- no towels for 24 hours even though shower flooded, communication problems with booking for the spa, and slow delivery of breakfast when in a rush. And very loud outside the property until midnight.

The most amazing luxury hotel I have ever experienced !! This historic palace's architecture is stunningly gorgeous !! Our suite was very luxurious with beautiful antique chandeliers, an incredible sculpted ceiling, a very comfortable bed and the most lavish bathroom I have seen in a long time. I have seen that this palace received many prestigious international awards which convinced us to stay here. I can say without a doubt that it's one of the best worldwide. The service was very professional, highly professional and genuinely kind. The dreamlike spa is very relaxing and the massages are exceptional! The location is very convenient to visit the Medina just next to Batha which is the most central and safe touristic place in the city. We will never forget the incredibly refined moroccan dinner in the romantic patio. It is the 1001 nights palace in real life !!
